Our services include complete and comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, effective medication managements plans, and yes home visit care to our elderly population and group homes.

Anxiety Disorders

About your provider
Charles Ejiofor, APRN, MSN, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
Charles Ejiofor is a highly professional practitioner that is dually certified as a family nurse practitioner as well as a psychiatric mental health board certification. He worked with the largest Dallas County provider of mental health for seven years, and later largest provider of mental health in Hill country area of Austin for another two years where he provided psychiatric evaluations and medication management for a variety of mental health symptoms using. He is passionate about mental health care treatment and follow up care to avoid inpatient admission.
He completed Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Drexel University in Philadelphia, and Master of Science as a Family Nurse Practitioner from Drexel in 2014, and a Post-Master’s Certificate in Psychiatry and mental health from University of Texas at Rio Grande Valley in 2019. He is professionally trained in advanced psychiatric nursing practice and is passionate about the mental wellness of all individuals.

We see clients either via in person or telehealth options. Note: In person visit is limited to one day/ week (Wednesdays)

- Saturday : 10AM-3PM
